So MXTabs.net’s “Rebirth” has officially begun – and we are in the very early alpha stages of the site.  Only a select few individuals are currently participating, but more members will be joining us soon.

 This blog is in place for communicating with Rebirth members regarding the status of things within the alpha site.  We’ll discuss what functionality we need help testing and give you updates as to what is new or changing as we continue the rebuild of the site.  This is also where you can post your feedback on the Alpha.  You know, tell us what we need to all fix.

 Things to remember at this stage:

1.) The site is in extremely early stages of functionality.  We’ve built a lot of backend systems for licensing the songs, and a lot of functionality has been designed for the site but not implemented yet.

2.) Only a very small selection of songs are currently available.  More will be added throughout the Alpha, but at this stage we’re focusing on making sure that our tab view tracking and license system is working properly.

3.) There is a lot more coming that you don’t see at this stage.  We’ll be adding them throughout the alpha and we’ll let you know what they are when they are added so you can help us with the testing.

4.) Be sure to give us feedback.  It’s likely you’ll report things we already know, but it doesn’t hurt to report them anyway.  We’d rather be sure we know than to miss something.

5.) A forum system is coming and will be much more useful for communicating back and forth discussions regarding the alpha.  We’ll let you know once that is in place.
