Well, it’s October. And that can mean only one thing: Halloween is just right around that dark, spooky corner!
Whether you’re simply looking to get yourself in a fiendish mood (’tis the season!), or whether you’re looking for that perfect cover song for your band to close out their Halloween night show with, you’ll definitely want to check out MXTabs.net’s Halloween Tabs and Free Halloween Song List post from last year. You’ll find everything from Rob Zombie’s Dragula to the Eagle’s Witchy Woman, and much more.
We’ve added literally thousands of new titles to the MXTabs.net tab database within the past year, so we plan to do a new Halloween Song Tab post in the next couple of weeks. I mean, surely out of all of those new songs we can find some related to Halloween, right? Feel free to help out by posting your Halloween song tab suggestions in the comments field below.
In the meantime, why not get practicing on last year’s list?!

Not really a guitar or bass tab-related post here. But just a brag.
The cover band I am in started learning Werewolves of London last week, kind of a send-up to Halloween. I play piano on that one, with a split keyboard to play bass in the left hand. That also got me thinking, the old Atlanta Rythum Section toon “Spooky” would be a fun addition for next year.
